I think its the engine that has the knocking,reset codes and it still gives me the U1120

have 2006 liberty ,replaced transmission cooling lines because they were split. replaced filter and put right fluid in(plus lucas treatment )started up. motor revs transmission engages,moves but when stop, it does the same thing,not sure if it did it before I got it,it gives me a U1120...
