    No Mud in Virginia

    Well... This is how it goes, I have recently bought a 98 TJ and I'd like to get some mud on it but cant seem to find any place in Virginia that I can legaly do this. I have Super Swamper 35's on there and I'd like to put them to use. Does sany1 know a farley close place to have somme fun!?!
