I have a stuttering problem. I cannot get the jeep to go any faster than 60 mph and then it starts stuttering. I just assumed it was a timing issues. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi everyone, newbie here. I have recently purchased a 1988 YJ straight 6 standard trans and I need to set the timing. Can someone tell me what the correct timing should be? Thanks in advance for any help!
