Another basic question from a newbie. Guy asked me what rear differential I have on my 2000 TJ...............I don't know. However, it is stamped dana 429601 053 0 Rev 0. Anyone know what differential it is? Thanks.

went with the sony xplod 4x6 and xplod 5.25. once i tracked everything down that i needed, the 5.25's were a breeze, maybe 20 minutes. the 4x6's took a touch longer, maybe 40 minutes. sounds much much better than the stock speakers, only spent $110 including the wiring harnesses and brackets...

thanks. just finished the install went well. removed the speakers, found that i needed the wiring harnesses and the plates for the front speakers...... a few calls and a few retail stores and picked up the goods and all went smooth from that point. thanks for th help.

Thanks for the input thus far. I would think the speakers in the sound bar would be a breeze to install. How difficult is it to install the 4x6 in the dash? Thanks.

Would like to upgrade the sound in my 2000 TJ. What do you guys think............ Currently has a Dual receiver and stock speakers. The main issue is volume with the top off. I am on a budget and therefore need to find the least expensive fix and one that I can build on in the future. Here...
