Fuel injector upgrade for the 4.0, and how to?

Injector swaps are a great easy cheap mod. I used a set from a mid '90s Ford v8 like the Crown Vic. They're 4 hole nozzles instead of the Jeep single hole, so fuel atomization improves. It smoothed out the idle in my Jeep.

    Tow rating

Keep in mind that tow ratings assume stock size tires. Many Jeepers don't understand that tow ratings realistically drop after installing oversized tires. Don't crash and burn, tow responsibly.

Why do LED running lamps turn off while the turn signal is blinking? Anyone knows?

Safety feature to ensure the turn signal can be seen, so it's not washed out by the DRL.

[OVERWHLEMED] correct way to use 5x5 wheels & 32" tires on stock 2000 TJ?

Re: [OVERWHLEMED] correct way to use 5x5 wheels & 32" tires on stock 2000 TJ? One more thing about the coil spacer lift. Your front axle will be off-center side-to-side after the lift unless you either install an adjustable track bar, or redrill the hole in the axle mount about 1/2" toward the...

[OVERWHLEMED] correct way to use 5x5 wheels & 32" tires on stock 2000 TJ?

Re: [OVERWHLEMED] correct way to use 5x5 wheels & 32" tires on stock 2000 TJ? A body lift and spacer lift are two different things. The lift you listed is a (coil) spacer lift, not a body lift. No transfer case linkage issues when using a coil spacer lift. Just be sure to get adjustable...

Re: [OVERWHLEMED] correct way to use 5x5 wheels & 32" tires on stock 2000 TJ? Use loctite on those wheel spacers and you won't have any issues. No other suspension modifications needed if you're installing a body lift. You might run into transfer case linkage binding as it is connected to...

Where to get rear spring shackles just 1-2" higher

Yes, it's because you're only moving one end of the spring. The lift increases as you move away from the solid spring hanger toward the shackle.

I change my gear ratio and I have larger tires how do I adjust my speedometer

Changing the speedo gear works well if you can find the right tooth count for your tire size and gear ratio. I've used this adjustable signal interface with great success. Worked well for me as I ran 2 different sizes whether I had my road or trail tires installed. Universal Speedometer Signal...

Where to get rear spring shackles just 1-2" higher

Remember that they only lift half the difference in shackle length. So in order to lift 2", your new shackle would need to be 4" longer than stock.

    Wheel spacers.

Use loctite on the spacers. Nothing wrong with running them.

    Wheel spacers.

No more than if replacing your wheels with a set with more offset. Bearing wear increase in negligible.
