Can you or did you take pictures of the install and what column did you by off ebay. I am trying to fix mine or just get a new one the old is a mess. I put in general discussion what mine looks like. Would you take a look and see if yours is the same or give me any tips. :?:

Ok I have the entire steering column out and shaft. The old column was out of a 1976 this was painted on the side. Looks like my uncle ran the rod all the way to the steering wheel and he used a pipe clamp to hold it together. Need all new parts so it does not wiggle. All the u-joints were fine...

My jeeps name is Penny after my grandmother who gave it to me. She loved the out doors. My jeep is in pieces right now, but has a new 350 Chevy small block dropped in and she will be getting a face lift body lift and other plastic surgery. :D
