hello everyone i have a 95 xj 4.0ho, and i have a crack in the radiator. already did the hose and thermostat back in dec, t-stat is a 180, now should i just use some stop leak, or get a oe replacement, or a heavy duty one. so i don't have to worry, would appreciate any advice

hey guys got a 95 cherokee h.o 4.0 and i got the champion copper plugs from autozone and 3 went in but the other 3 would not go in. i previously had the bosch champion 2 double tip ones and they went back in just fine but the champion ones wouldnt. need help dont know why they wouldnt. old ones...

well thanks everyone. the culprit was the part of the adjuster that adjusts the brakes over time. so i just took it off seeing as how i need a new drum again anyway. does that part really matter. or will it just wear the shoes quicker?

yes i bled the wheel cyclinders. could it be that the pad is to wide. its only rubbing on the inside of yhe drum. and yes it is completely round

it may be that you used to much of the flush kit and possibly fried the radiator. did you check your cap to make sure its holding the pressure. did you Burp the system?

well i don't get much exhaust fumes in the cab. but will that hurt anything in the long run? and what kind of exhaust header would you recommend for as much power as possible ?

Thanks everyone but it seems thzt the owner before me. put in a after market radiator. but im just going to take off the lower hose on the radiator.

i know that mu exhaust header is crack before it gets to the exhaust, could this be making everything under the hood real hot, the car runs fine 200 degfrees most of the time unless at idle, then 210, ?

i just looked and i didn't see it, looks like a normal drain plug correct???, or is it above where my steering column thing go into??, and is the lower radiator hose supposed to have a spring in it?

yea still pops i checked everything behind the dash ad nothing is chaffed or melted or touching anythng, it's actually really neat back there. but as i said its popped and i kept putting bgger an bgger uses in all the way up to a 30. and the only other things on that fuse is the overhead display...
