The flasher on my 96GC is beside the fuse panel in front of the passenger side door. The fuse box access door does not allow access to the flasher unit. I have to remove the plastic panel (3 screws) to get to it.

96 GC - The turn signal/flasher unit buzzes all the time. Turn signals and flashers work, but noise is annoying. I replaced the unit with an aftermarket and now everything works but it clicks all the time as if the turn signal or fasher is "on." What could be the problem?
