Thank's for all the replies. If it comes down to it I'll probably keep the one I have and buy a second Jeep with a six cylinder. I really like those motors.

Is it an easy swap from a 2.5L to a 4.0L? If my four banger ever goes I may want to upgrade to a six.

Thanks for responding! I think I may have a lead on the cause. It may be that I changed the wrong sensor. I found a link (on another forum) that shows the temp sensor at the back of the engine and not on the Thermostat housing. That was on a 4.0L but I'm guessing my 2.5L has a similar setup...

I bought a '95 Wrangler with the 2.5L engine and I love it! Just one problem. The temp gauge won't register. I have replaced the sending unit, tested the gauge, and checked every fuse. The temp gauge goes to 100 degrees when the ignition is turned on, and stays there. Is there a relay that...
