RE: Sloppy steering I extended my tire carrier out with a welder and mounted my cans behind the tire on top of the bumper. Depending on the size of your tire you may have enough room on each side of the tire to do this. JC Whitney sells a mount for Jerry cans.

Thanks, I have a hole saw for the small gauges, 2 inch I think, and will try the jig on the speedometer. Other than that I just have a few toggle switchs for heat and windshield wipers, no radio or glove box. The dash from Whitney is ok but I think one could be fabricated just as well. Thanks again.

RE: Camp Jeep I ordered a dash from JCwhitney. I knew it was fiberglass and would have to have some holes cut for gauges. What type of saw should be used for this? Jig sawwith fine teeth? Thanks.

Electronic Plug I had a similar problem with my 1 ton dually and it turned out to be a cavitated block. You could sleeve it or go with a rebuilt engine it that's the problem.

Superlift park in Hot Springs, Arkansas I have a cj7 with a bikini top. If I add a cab curtain or wind break with a tonneau cover over the back I am wondering how tight to the elements it will be. Although I have the blazer heater upgrade I know I'll never be what you call warm.

I decided to mount them behind the spare by extending the swing mount out some and weld the can holder to that so they swing out with the spare. I think this will look better even in Mississippi. sometime southern enginneering just takes a little longer to think out under the shade tree. thanks...

My buddy has a 92 jeep that he has replaced all brake components except the vacuum. His problem is he has bled them over and over and still cannot get the pedal to hold after they are bled. Could it possibly be the check valve in the new master cylinder letting air in? Any thoughts on this anyone??
