For the turn signal lights in the front fender flares on a TJ...which wire is hot and which is the ground? One has a yellow stripe, the other doesn't. Need to wire up new sockets (came with aftermarked fender flares). Thank you!

The ProComp AT's were okay...I would say good for the price. Not great, but good. They excelled in rain, sand, and what little snow we see in Georgia. Sidewall punctures a bit too easy for my taste. Mud traction was fair, but it's an AT so it was what I expected. Dry traction was top notch...

Good research, SouthTJ. Thanks for sharing. I'm at the shop now. Should be rolling by lunchtime. I'll ask them about any 'shaking' during initial forward momentum.

Update: The shop is going to use powder bags rather than weights. It is their opinion that this will be more effective than weights due to the size of this tire on a 15" rim. (Unbalanced weight bieng further from the lip of the rim where the weights would be attached.) I'm skeptical, but...

Just bought 33" Duratrac's for my TJ. Anyone else have these tires, and how hard was it for your local shop to balance them? I only ask 'cause they had a helluva time balancing the 32" Pro-Comp AT's I'm replacing. Hoping these will be easier.

Started happening recently...once it does pop out of 4hi it is loud and violent. Shudders the whole Jeep. Checked transmission fluid, seems to be full, good color and doesn't smell funny. This was after I used 4hi in heavy rain on-road. Not sure what else I could check or if I just need to take...

Jeep should add it as page 1 of the owner's manual...especially since few salesmen have a clue when selling a Jeep. Trying to get my wife in the habit since she drives a 4-door JK now, but it's going to be a long hard road, I can tell.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but we just bought my wife a 2011 Unlimited, and we did have a problem with the car seat. The problem was that the headrest did not allow the carseat to fit into the Jeep's seat completely and at the proper angle. This was easily remedied, though...

A little WD40 on the pins might help, too.
