I have 98 TJ with a 4.0. When started cold it runs fine for a couple minutes. It starts to sputter at idle and backfires under load for about a minute, then it clears up and runs fine. It is not throwing a code, so I did a tune up(plugs, wires, cap, and rotor) and the problem is still there. If...
