Thanks for the follow-up. Since the blower motor must be accessed from the inside (and requires the dash to be pulled out...), I'll leave my oil can on standby 'til spring. As far as the switch...the YJ has the slide, not dial, but yes...slide is set to "off". I'm guessing either on/off...

I guess I have the opposite problem from most.... when the Blower Motor Control Switch prevents the fan from running. Even when the vent slider is set to "off", and the fan should be off, my fan keeps running. Wouldn't be a big issue, but the bearings are starting to go, so I live with a...
