A council worker was sent to clear the car park... but filled the majority of the spaces with the surrounding snow! There is a huge unused section of grass on the other side of that mound!

The council worker that had to clear the car park thought it would be a good idea to put all the snow in the middle of the small car park instead of the unused section of grass (behind me).
