i just did the nutter bypass on my 89 yj,and it works great!had to advance the timming more than shown, but other than that its a totaly different jeep!:D

hi there,i bought a 89 jeep yj box stock from a friend at work.they had it for 17 years,its real clean.i got it for 500.00 to fix up for my granddaughter. ok the problem is that carter carb,i get up to 3000rpms on the road and its like someone hit kill switch(no pickup and go)i spent hours...
