If it's spitting gas out of the carb, the pump might be putting too much pressure/fuel into the carb, causing it to flood itself, literally. Try dialing the fuel pressure down on the pump, or see if you can install a pressure reg in line.

I cant find an actual bulkhead diagram in either Mitchell or Alldata. If you can read the diagrams and wire it in correctly I'll give you the diagrams, but I need to know exactly what setups you want. The tj has several different options, and I'm sure the TK will too..

What was the code for the fuel injectors ? Quick check that would be a good idea would be to pull a spark plug out and see if it's carboned up bad, really black, or if there's raw fuel on it. Your light will time out after 30 cycles only if the fault is fixed. Did you put a new gasket on the IAC...

Still could be the output shaft seals, and have the driveshafts slinging the fluid. Any way you could put it on jackstands and see if you can tell where it's coming from sitting still ?

You say there's not a speedo cable to the cluster, what did it come out of? Maybe you're giving it the wrong signal for the speed.

If you've got poor idle quality you could have gotten a bad IAC valve. I'll do some more research on monday when I get back to the shop and see if I can come up with something else.

Alldata shows the code to 25 to be for the IAC motor. Could you have pinched a wire going to it doing other work ? Also is there any corrosion on the connector ?

I've got an 87 yj, and had it for a few months now. The gas gauge bounces about every second, even when it's sitting still. I goes from the actual fuel level, down to the empty stopper, and then back up to the full mark, then back to the actual level. Any ideas on what could be causing it ...
