+1 also with belt off spin all pulleys and feel for roughness and listen for noise. Eyeball the dampener and see if it's slid on the rubber and also grab water pump pulley and see if there's any back and forth play.

Well a BB will give you exactly 2 inches so that'd put you at 3.25 and anything over 3 I would expect to have problems.

Not a fan of K&N or any kind like them. Just use a good paper element like a Wix or Purolater. The claims of whatever they say 3-5 hp or something is ridiculous and not worth it.I would just look into a good free flowing Cat back exhaust with mandrel bent pipes a kit like a Walker or Gibson.

Daystar is good. Also did you buy new spring isolators? The old ones were probably shot and or smashed so you can gain another 1/4 to half inch replacing those.

Buy some carb spray at the parts store and wipe it all down then spray everything and get it nice and dry next have some one crank the wheel back and forth to the extremes while you stand outside and watch where you think it's...

+1 also what makes Jeep special and unique is that it is a 99% 4wd off road company and always has been. I can't think of any other product which became synonomous with an everyday mundane description like "trail"...i.e. "Jeep trail". Jeep is something special.

WJ specifies your Jeep for parts and such. The first Cherokees were XJ's, then ZJ's, WJ's, and the current ones are wk's. Just like other Jeeps I'm sure you've heard of the CJ. Anyway it's not supposed to be a maintanence item. It's designed to be long life. Obviously it will not hurt to change...

according to WJ jeeps there is no required interval. It's a long life combo filter/pressure regulator. I'd post a link but you have to have five posts before you can post a link :lol: Anyway just google "wj jeeps fuel filter" and it's right there.
