Recently driving my 1998 Cherokee and my airbag indicator light came on on the dash intermittently and then I lost the horn. Anyone have any idea on fixing this issue? Thanks, albacore00

Thanks for the valuable info. My kit comes with drops for the transmission. I may replace the driveshaft unjointed just to be safe.

What are drops? I haven't opened up my kit as I won't be starting the install for 2 or 3 weeks. Not sure if they are included. If I decide to purchase the YSE and install would it deter the performance of the jeep if I don't need it?

Recently purchased 3 in lift kit for my 1998 Cherokee sport. Bumped into a guy who told me any lift higher than 2 inches requires a yoke slip eliminator. I contacted rough country who sells the YSE and was told I do not need a YSE. I don't want to complete the install and have an unnecessary...

Replaced ad compressor. Purged system and recharged. Ac works fantastic. So much condensation water pours out of lower ventilation into cab at my feet. How do I fix this?

Did check relay. Is a functioning relay just not turning fan on.

Replaced ac compressor on my 98 Cherokee. Nice air. I know the electric fan works but checked relay fuses and they are okay but fan doesn't go on automatically. Is there a way to wire the fan to a three way switch that would be on/ off and a timed position?

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder 4 by 4 4 door. a friend of mine is giving me a set of 31 inch tires that I plan on putting on the Jeep. do I need to do a 2 inch lift kit on this or can I get by with new leaf springs and maybe some spacers in the front? not looking for a real radical look...
