Use a couple of those lockable rough-neck totes they have at Walmart, bolt them to the rails where the seats were. Easy to use and remove if you need to carry the stuff in to a job or back to the house.

Just turn the "wanna be" upside down and it will read correctly, so much for quality control. They can keep the so-called JEEP and I'll take the hoist, I can put it to good use.....

How's the K&N respond to extreme cold? Up here in northern Alberta, I can see using it in summer, but, how's winter effect the extra dense air getting in?

Something small, nothing too personal....you just started seeing him....besides if he isn't a keeper, it isn't a great loss. Tools are a great start if your certain he can use them, this could be a good test of whether he's a keeper or not.
