    springsssssss

First of all, let it be known that the Rubicon Express Budget Boost is not what you were talking about. Jeep Rubicon OEM coils will give you the 1" of lift... Anyways, the Rubicon Express Coil Spring Spacers are the much better choice of the two. No, you really don't need anyother parts besides...

Major stupid question ahead... When re-gearing... what is best? Regearing BOTH axles? Or just the rear is OK? Stupid question... -Rob

    Body Lifts

    Body Lifts

If you are looking to run 33" tires, yet are looking to save cash... I'd be very careful. Cheaping out to run big tires on your TJ isnt the best of ideas. I own a 99 TJ as well, and I needed a cheap way of lifting and getting those bigger offroading tires. I'm very glad with my outcome, so...

    TJ Exhaust Question

Hey folks, Thinking about upgrading my cat to a high flow aftermarket one. My TJ is a 2.5L running 32's... That being said, I'm not looking or expecting to improve HP gains much at all. I do however, want that nice truck exhaust sound. Clearly, it will never sound like a V8 or anything, but...

TJ: Cracked Flywheel? Due to Accident?

I hear ya. Its honnestly such minor damage, most people wouldn't even notice it. I would have flipped out on the woman had it been more damage. But hey, I felt kinda better in knowing my car *messed* up her car big time while my car left little more than a scratch in the bumper. What sucks...

TJ: Cracked Flywheel? Due to Accident?

Ok guys, I just needed some reassurance. Clearly, I am going to try it, like you said the worst they can say is no... The cops did not report any specific damage on any of the cars involved. We will see what happens.

TJ: Cracked Flywheel? Due to Accident?

Hey folks, So as I mentioned a woman hit my parked car last week. She side swipped my front end after going over a grass median. My car was making a sound I NEVER heard prior to the accident (immediatly noticed this sound as I was done with the cops and pulling away to go home). Dealing with...

Some People Can't Drive! Questions To Help Me!

Indeed. That is what I am hoping for... The shop is saying my fly wheel maybe cracked. Its actually at the dealership now... They are saying its highly unlikely this is due to the accident. I swear this sound was never coming from my car pre-accident. Looks like insurance won't be covering...

Some People Can't Drive! Questions To Help Me!

Hey folks, So yesterday afternoon, my girlfriend and I went to the local Lowes Movie theater to see Da Vinci's Code. So we come out of the theater after the show to find a few cops, tow truck, and a car ontop of the grass in front of my car and the car next to me. I don't know quite what the...

A thank you... Jeep is almost done (pics!)

I agree. I love the black on white. I ended up ordering the new black grill insterts from the most recent Quadratech as it also comes free with those bezels. Just put the inserts in a few days ago (as you can see in the pics). It without a doubt changed the look of the front end. Like it a lot...

How to remove TJ fender flares...

Got em installed. Had to just remove a few of the cheap plastic holders holding up the wheel well covers and got to the bolts no problem. Looks much better with new flares. Thanks for the help you guys!

A thank you... Jeep is almost done (pics!)

I just wanted to extend a thank you to all those people who have helped me through the years here in getting my Jeep built. Just finished some work on her today, and she looks purdy. Can't wait to get it out in some mud and play. All is done on her (for now), except for one minor mod (black...

How to remove TJ fender flares...

Haha, that is the route I'm going. Im sitting here waiting for the other set of flares to come in today so I can start working. But still, any tips on removing that liner in the rear wheel-well to get to the backside of the bolts on the flare? Thanks! Rob

How to remove TJ fender flares...

Hey gurs, I did indeed repaint them not so long ago with the stuff Quadratech sells, Forever Black, and it came out like crap. It streaked and ended up only flaking off in spots. Alas I decided just to replace them with the "like stock" flares. I already replaced the front extension flares...
