put your stock springs over your axle. Its cheap and you get like a 5 inch lift for like $5o. But with that big of a lift you would want good size tires so... Or you could just get a 2in shackle lift What i did was the Ruff country 3.5 lift springs, it only cost my like $170 for a pair

i am thinking about doing one right now with 2 by 4 steal beams. I just want something basic. I am not going to be following the stock frame diagram

So you are saying that if i just made something like this my yj would still be functional??? i have veteran mechanist that would be helping me with the build...If i can make a simple design this project is Doable!!!

my main leaf is broken about 5 inches from the shackle. I was thinking about doing this but iduno because i feel like it will cost the same. I paid like $50 for just u bolts a few months ago. i think after everything i would come out around the same but who knows. i just only have like 3...

I just broke my driver side rear leaf spring... i have a 3" leaf spring lift and a 3" shackle lift. My front leaf springs are shot and with one rear broken i think that its time for new springs. the problem is i am broke and all i have for the project is $200. Think it is possible?

okay this is where i am at: my shocks are old and i am going to buy a new pair, my friend has a s10 with 13in of lift and he said i could have his stockk leafs. They are compatible in length and i have shacles that add 2" of lift. I think i could make it work!

what all goes into it?
