08 Liberty - Fuel Pump or Electrical?

Sometimes doesn't start and don't hear the fuel pump kick on... after turning the key over it resets and starts. Pulled a plug and its running lean. But have had a few other issues ... interior light just started not coming on with drivers door only, driver window not always working and locks messing up. So should I look into electrical or could it be the fuel pump??

If you have one on your Jeep , replace the fuel filter first. My GF Liberty has window and electrical issues also. I dont think the two issues are related. Im responding to the not running right part of your thread.

After replacing the fuel filter put a gauge on it to check fuel pressure.
