Sorry, couldn't resist.:lol: Sounds like you've got a lot of pieces and parts that could be a Jeep if assembled properly, right? Not a bad price, if the rear is worth that much. I saw an '85 on my way home tonight (not a Laredo) with a V-8 auto, 33x12.50 mudders, Warn 8274 winch, silver with red interior and black hardtop, only 80k miles for $6000. It was in great shape, too! (of course, it comes fully assembled, though)

Oh, don't be sad... Owning a YJ isn't embarrassing if you don't see anybody with a real Jeep. You should be proud of your little square headlighted thing... Not everybody can date the pretty girls and own a CJ.

Hey, Scooter, ya know what? This ain't the kind of site where flames are tolerated. If that's your attitude, you really ought to think about taking your Mattel CJ Kit somewhere else. There are plenty of other websites you can sell your parts on, we don't need your type here. At least my YJ is in one piece, and I have the time and intelligence to keep it that way. There's something wrong about someone who tears down a perfectly good Jeep and then tries to sell it to some poor sucker for $6000! If ya can't put it back together, you need to leave the wrenches alone and stop taking it apart.:roll:

That was a joke (hence the little laughing smiley). If you'd like, I could post the PM he sent me that was the real basis for my last post. I don't see anything wrong with what I posted originally. Heck, I even told him it sounded like a pretty good deal. If he can't take a joke and a positive comment without sending little school-girl PM's, then maybe he should move on. The square headlight cracks and all that didn't bother me, that was pretty benign compared to his ****y PM. And it's not so much what he said in the PM, it's just his attitude that I don't think belongs here.
