So the CJ project keeps digging deeper and deeper in my wallet and my patience. When removing the steering box, the bolts broke off below the head of the bolt. Now, it's still threaded but the rest of the bolt cannot be removed with a wrench. How in the wide wide world of sports do I get these out? Is it a drill and tap thing?

Sounds like the o'l Drill and Tap Time. or if you know of a Welder you can cut a square hole on the side of the frame next to the broken bolt, chisel the nut off and replace it with a Grade 8 nut and bolt. then weld the piece that was cut off the hole back into place.thats what i did on my 81 Cj7.
