2.5l engine trouble

the 2.5l fuel injected engine in my cherokee won't start!...i'm getting fuel, getting spark, and the timing is right on the money...anyone got any ideas???....i'm lost

the things it needs are fuel, air, spark, the right quantities, and the right timing... if that's all there, it should go

What year? There is a fuse or relay in the engine compartment, large one, that will prevent starting if blown. Forget what it's called, anyone?

vibration due to 1.75" lift

it's an 87....it doesn't have the multi port injection of the post-91 years...it has the early throttle body fuel injection

I think Bounty may be speaking of the fuseable link. Sounds like a good thing to check had one go on my old Isuzu Trooper and did the same thing you speak of. ez fix just find it and tug on the wire on either side to see if it is burn. tug
