2000 Grand Cherokee - Unlimited - Need front driveshaft

Looking for a decent front driveshaft for 2000 Grand Cherokee unlimited with the quadritrac all-wheel drive. CV type shaft. Not sure if I'm on correct forum, but also would like to know if its just better to go for a new one versus a used one. They seem pretty expensive to me. Anyone have a decent one for sale? Much thanks.

Do you still have the original one? If so have you thought about bringing it to a driveline shop and having it fixed?

Other then that I would hit the junk yard, around here DS's are $17 a piece...
