When i bought my 2003 rubicon it was about an inch low on the front passenger side. i figured it was just a bad spring so i had an rc 3 1/4" lift installed thinking the new springs would take care of the low corner. it didnt and am not sure what to do next to level out. any thoughts ?

Have you rotated the tires yet?
I'd probably put it on jack stands, removing the front tires and measure to see when components are at different heights. Axle to fender, etc.

Check both front coils to make sure the stock coil isolator is installed above the spring and the spring is correctly rotated and seated into the lower spring bucket.
