3 stem CTO on '81 CJ5

Anyone else have a CTO with only 3 stems? All 3 stems on mine are plugged, is this OK or should I re-run vaccum lines as original?

Next question, does anyone have a vaccum diagram for a 3 stem CTO?

I am running a stock 258, w/ a Carter BBD.
