32/36 webber secondary not spraying

ok I got this heap(88 yj 4.2 auto) running and able to do 75 it idles good and actually goes down the road good

But
I'm not getting any fuel to the secondary barrel
I have the linkage adjusted so the thing opens and even with the linkage off and the engine running I cant get the secondary to spray

The thing goes down the road and up and down hills ok but without the secondary the thing is a dog.

What do I need to replace or adjust
This thing was trailered home I do not have any extra parts.
Thee jets I have read 160/170
Will order parts and rebuild but the rebuild kit is just seals so I need to know what extras I need

Sounds like a clog to me - I'd hose it down with carb cleaner, and if that didn't help, soak it in a bucket of cleaner.
