This just started up at 50 mph the steering wheel goes nuts wiggling back and forth like the wheels are severely out of line....then at about 55 mph it stops. I have read that there is a design flaw that Jeep never talked or talks about with undersized screws mounting the track bar. So, I'm looking at that atm...

Anyone elses opinion or experience would be gratefully welcome.

Thanks

Death wobble is something that any solid front axle vehicle can face (ford, dodge, jeep). It's normally caused by a combination of worn parts and suspension lift, however totally stock Jeeps can get it.

The track bar is a common culprit for death wobble. I would not say that Jeep used an undersized bolt, but what normally happens is that the bolt loosens up, and can wollow out / enlarge the hole. Each Jeep is different, but on my Jeep I was able to fit a slightly larger bolt.
