95 JGC Orvis dies when warm. Starts cold.

My 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis editio. Straigt 6. 160k miles rebult motor at 120k. About a month ago the jeep started to die when earmed up and would not restart again until the engne is stine cold. I took into a local shop and they replaced the distributor cap. Same symotoms, We then replaced the ignition coil. Crankshaft position sensor. Heat sensor. Radiator flush. Spark plugs. $600 later same symptoms. I can start it cold and drive a few miles then it sies without warrning and will not retaet for hours.

I don't know if I have the answer to your question, but it sounds like your shop is just throwing parts at the problem.

Is your Jeep giving any error codes? How hot does the temp gauge show?
