hey whats up, i wanna change fluid in my 95 jeep wrangler trans i believe its a ax5 manual trans. anyone have a pic of where the fill hole is.. thanks for the help

It would either be on the right or left side, half way up on the side of the gear housing.

Just dont use the one that reads DO NOT REMOVE (I am not kidding; there IS a bolt head saying that in the transmission).

The fill plug is halfway up the pass side, between the transmission & the exhaust.

I pulled the wrong one out. Bad weekend had to tear it apart to get the idler shaft back into place. Worst sound ever was tink. Uh oh.

Redline MT90. It's a full synthetic and one of the best available. I get mine online from Summit Racing.

If you wanna buy locally, synchromesh is okay. Stay away from any GL5 fluid.

GL-5 MT1 is OK... Still, if you can get MT-90, get it. It did wonders for my synchros. unfortunately, I cannot get it here in Costa Rica now...
