1996 White Jeep Cherokee SE 4x4
4.0L High Output I6
137755(ish) miles
4 door
Automatic with overdrive
Cruise Control
AC (blows cold)
THE GOOD:
Strong runner, no smoke no knocking no pinging,
AC works great,
cruise control works,
the bottom of the exterior has been Rhino Lined to protect it from rust and rock chips.
There is no rust,
no body damage and the interior is in pretty good shape.
It has a driver's side airbag,
4wheel anti-lock brakes,
CD player with detachable face and a remote.
THE BAD:
1. The lower hinge pin on the driver's door needs to be replaced (it makes it hard to close the door and makes the lock stick a little, but it has never prevended me from getting in) I got a quote from a body shop and they wanted $400 to fix it, but I think it could be done cheaper.
2. Also, there is a small rip in the driver's seat, but it's not too bad.
3. The brakes sqweek a bit (this is a design flaw, I put new pads, and rotors on within the past year.). 4. There is also a very slight oil drip that appears to be coming from the oil filter (it does not apppear to be the rear main seal), she is due for an oil change.
THE UGLY:
1. The rear taillight lens is broken, it is only the lens, no body damage, it is still street legal, it's just a little ugly.
2. The tabs are expired.
Overall this is a great Jeep. We are selling it because we needed a bigger main vehicle. Asking $2500 or Best Offer (make an offer, but no low ballers). The vehicle is in Western Washington State. I have pics I can email you.
