Antenna

I have an '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the antenna on it is kinda loose, it wobbles around and i have to keep re-tightening it down, plus the reception on radio stations isn't all that good, can anyone give me tips on a good replacement antenna, and how to install it?

That doesn't really solve the problem.

all i want to know is if there is a way to keep the antenna from coming out if its socket and if there's a brand/kind of antenna that may get better reception than the stock antenna that comes with the car
