changing oil

hi all. I am going to service my Cherokee sport 2.4 2002. can any one tell me what oil,s I should use ?. I want to drain all the oils and looking through the book`s you have to put an additive to the axle`s.it does not help you very much by giving you number`s as hear in the UK shop`s have no idea, what is the best oils to use that is not going to break the bank hear in the UK, if I have to buy this lot from main dealer it would be cheaper to buy a new Jeep LOL.

I'm not too familiar with the cherokees...but does it have a limited slip in the rear-end? if so the additive is for that. Usually any auto parts store will have it sitting there next to the gear oil

Another terminology used for the additive is "Friction Modifier"..Use a synthetic 75/140 for the axles..
