Changing Shocks

I've been looking for a good How To for changing shocks, my 94 wrangler is my play car for learning how to do mechancial things, as that wasn't a gift I was born with. I would appreciate any resources out there or posts back explaining the steps and tips.

Also, seems there is much more attention on front vs. back shocks, should I change them both, and are they the same effort?
