Good morning fellow jeepers I need some help. I have a 92 wrangler 4.0 6 cylinder. My problem is the jeep is not charging the battery. I have put in a new alternator witch has been tested by two different shops and is working. I have a new battery with 12.6 V when the jeep is off. When the jeep is running I have 12.3 V & with the lights and heater on I have 11.8 V. So my thought was the voltage regulator witch is the EMC computer .I ordered a used EMC with the numbers that were a match to mine. This still did not fix my problem of not charging the battery back. / Any help on where to look now?
