CJ Transmission mount

I replaced my transmission mount and the torque arm bolt and bushings. Now a have a vibration when I down shift to slow down. Any ideas???

Also, how tight am I supposed to tighten the torque arm bolt? I tightened it until the top bushing was slightly squished. The bottom bushing has a little play in it.
