clicking noise in rear end

i got a 95 jeep wrangler and something is clicking under the jeep, im thinking its the transfer case but im not sure.
i checked the transfer case oil and it was dry from a leaking transfer case rear seal. filled it and the noise is still their was wondering if u guys have any input. im thinking it was something in the rear axel i got detroit slip lockers in or mabey some berings in the axel, amy input is helpful.

Check the fluid agian in the transfer case and see if there are burrs in it. If it was dry you probably ground up somthing in there. If the oil is clean I would next check your u joints they like to click, but you will notice that when you slow down so does the clicking its usualy u joints. Good luck.
