Clutch Chatter?

I had the stock clutch in my 91 YJ up until about a year and a half ago. It had gotten so bad with losing pressure and chattering that I replaced it with a heavy duty clutch designed to withstand more torque and such. I haven't had any problems with the new one until I noticed that after a day of off-roading it will chatter coming out of first and reverse. It would go away sometimes, but after my last trip it hasn't gone away. It's so bad sometimes it feels like the thing will drop right out. What could it be, or what should I do to correct this?

You could have gotten oil on the clutch, possibly from a leaking rear main seal. The motor or transmission mounts could be bad and if wranglers have torque arms the bushings on it could be bad.
