How long should it take a professional mechanic to install Coil Spring Spacers on a Wrangler?

I talked to a few shops that quoted me 4 hours, which seemed like an overquote.

Shop, 2 hours. Home garage, 4 hours.

It's just removing and reinstalling the springs, not that long with impact tools.[addsig]
