Yes there are many posts here on Jeepz with the same comments.

Bolt size. Though my TJ was a shoulder bolt just smaller. Torque on the bolt. Then the rubber bushing. If you press out the stock and press in one like this one with a 2 layer and inner collar it will be much improved. It is mainly the track bar that allows oscillations. After a bad case of DW you need to check everything for wear and looseness.
