ok i have a 2000 XJ And i am look for a part (do not know the name of it) it looks like the valve stem on your wheels but this came off the right side of my ac unit if anybody has a clue what this is called or where to get it. Id really appreciate it! Thank you!

its a valve core for the low side service port?

Orifice valve port. There should be one on the high side and one on the low side.

its called a shradder valve...and you can pick one up at your local parts store...if it came out of your service port of the low side all your refridgerent (r134-a) has leaked out and your a/c system will need to be recharged..
