Door will not stay open

My passenger and driver doors will not stay open they close and open fine but if you let go of them they close the hinges are fine I think the issue is the part the arrow is point to and would like to know if I am right and where I can get new ones, I am not even sure what to call them?

I think that part keeps the door from hyper extending and by default closes your door. Its called a door check. There are springs on the inside. Gravity may also work against you. If the door sags or rear sags the door naturally closes. This video shows new is tight/stiff and the door stays open.
