I am working on a 99 TJ, 2.5 5speed.
There no power going to the fuse box on some of the circuits.
The wipers, turn signals and radio.
I have cleaned up the grounds on the kick panels, dip stick and battery.
I also added another 4 gauge wire from the engine to the fire wall.
I don’t know where to go next.
Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much,
Jake

I believe the fuses for those are behind the glovebox. Did you Check the fuses?

Only one side of the fuse had voltage without the fuse installed.

If one has no power it's likely none of the circuits do.

The fuse block was the first place that I went. Then I pulled thefuse box off and checked the connections in the back of the fuse block andstill nothing, so I started with the grounds replacing the connectors on bothof the kick plates, the dipstick tube. The braided lines from the firewall tothe engine were replaced with 4 gauge cables and I added an extra ground to theradio. I rewired the 4 flat connector to the trailer lights.
