fast idle & tops at 3500 rpms ???

Another problem...does not idle below 1500 and stumbles at/does not go above 3500rpm's???? Any ideas??? Could not find a vaccum leak and has new distributer, wires, plugs, cap and rotor???? Is it possible that it could be the ignition control module? I am running out of ideas and money! :-?

Sound like it could be your throttle position sensor? If you have an Autozone by you they should test it for you for free.[addsig]
