What type of flowmaster would sound best on a 98' Jeep Wrangler Sport..
6 Cylinder... 4.0 L
I want a deep aggressive sound, but nothing too heavy or obniouxious.

50 DeltaFlow, it's the quietest model they make. You can still hear it well, it doesn't sound like you want anything louder.

Practically new stock CD stereo & speakers

I can't recall the name of the system, but my friend has it on his V6 camaro... it is a system designed by flowmaster for 6 cyl engines, includes a muffler as well as a resinator of some type and give the vehicle a V8 aggressive sound.

The Delta flowmaster is the way to go. To make it more throaty then upgrade to a larger diameter exhaust tubing.
If you opt out of the Flowmaster then look into the Dynomax. I got one from Advance or Autozone for about $35. They don't have the bulletproof casing like the Flowmaster, but that's not an issue if you tuck it up out of the way. It has a more mellow, throaty sound.
