Ford 8.8 swap hopefullly

So I'm looking into doing a ford 8.8 swap and found this kit: http://www.knowwhere2jeep.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=11444


Any thoughts on it?



Just a side note, this is the axle was going to get:
RAT ROD REAR AXLE DISC BRAKE EXPLORER 8.8 3.73 WRANGLER: eBay Motors (item 120539145866 end time Oct-30-10 14:57:28 PDT)
It would be $458.63 for the axle, plus the shipping to my house. As usual, any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

Kit looks good but that's a ton for an axle like that. They sell for $75 at pull a parts around here. I'd check some junkyards and you can prob find one for half that price.

I'm probably going to go to the local pick & pulls to see what they have.

ditto, on my local board, a 8.8 was just given away for free.

I would not pay more than $200 for a stock good brakes 8.8 ever. if it has been modded, then expect to pay more.

At the local pick and pull it's a bit over 250 for the whole axle assembly.
