Ford 8.8 Ultimate Axle Shaft kit 95-02 Ford Explorer, 4340 CHROME-MOLY, C-Clip Eliminator, 31 Spline( DOUBLE DRILLED) 5x4.5 pattern and 5x5.5 patterns. Yukon 4340 Chrome Moly alloy axles offer a strength increase over stock while retaining a low cost. Yukon 4340 Chrome Moly alloy rear axles come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is a Ford 8.8 31 spline axle kit with 4340 shafts that bolt in instead of using the stock style C-Clips.

C-clip eliminator system using Timken Set-20 bearings
Double drilled 4340 axles, 31-spline (5x5.5 and 5x4.5)
They increase the track width of the Explorer housing 1-inch per side. (Explorer’s are 1.75” narrower than a Jeep YJ/TJ/XJ housing)
No welding (cutting is involved on the housing)
Screw in studs (studs supplied, ½-20 sized)
Fits with factory disc brake assemblies.
