Front calipers wont come off

This is my first time changing the break pads on my jeep tj and I can't seem to pull the calipers off. even after taking the two bolts from behind caliper the caliper will wiggle but wont just lift off. I know its a green horn question but i'd rather not break anything. please help. Shane

I usually have to use a large screwdriver to lever the caliper off.

A trick that has worked for is to take a large c-clamp and tighten it over the caliper then remove the clamp and the caliper slides right off. Tho this only seems to be required on older style brake calipers...'00ish and newer usually pop off pretty easliy.
